Non-profit Veteran Focused companies receive a 10′ x 10′ Booth at no charge
Booth is reserved with agreement your company will be present all 5 days of the festival.
In event your company is not present you agree to pay the $800 for the booth space.

By signing this application you agree to the APPLICATION AND CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICATIONS , and agree to be legally
bound hereby applying for booth space at the 12 Outdoors Festival. You also authorize 12 Outdoors, LLC, sponsor of the event, to
charge your credit card the non-refundable booth rental fee now. We do reserve the right to decline your application. You agree to having someone present all 4 days during Festival hours. Failure to man your booth with cause you to pay for the booth rental. You also agree
to have your booth setup completely off of the property by 3:00pm Monday 10-23-23(NO EXCEPTIONS). Not removing entire booth
setup off of the property by 3:00pm Monday 10-23-23will result in a $1,000 FINE.
